Chris Sawyer

Starting his career at Toni & Guy in his hometown of Preston, Chris later spent time in both London and Dubai with the company. After moving to back London in 2011, he worked as a session hairstylist at both the men's and women's fashion week shows. And he has also worked for Mr Porter and Bentley Motors. Leaning more towards an interest in men's hair, Chris then learnt the art of wet shaving before arriving at Huckle the Barber.

With an eclectic taste in music, Chris enjoys live performances attending gigs whenever he can. Stand out artists he has seen include Nils Frahm, Ólafur Arnalds and Tame Impala. He is also a film lover, preferring to watch movies over TV shows. He regularly catches new releases at independent cinemas in London such as the Rio in Dalston and Castle Cinema in Hackney. As well as movie-going, Chris also likes to keep up to date with art exhibitions at London's galleries.
